all here at Buell's Beach House. Buell's Beach House is a freshly decorated, roomy, beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom
cottage located on the north shore of PEI. It has all the amenities of home yet also has the tranquility of the sea.
Most people find the view here simply amazing. Being a short distance from the water on a sloping incline
offers the nicest panoramic view in the area. The cottage is on a private 1/2 acre lot
of land in a private, lightly developed area for seasonal homes and cottages. A large raised deck across the front of
the cottage provides a gorgeous view of the ocean and shoreline.
Private sitting area with firepit with comfortable lounging chairs, horseshoe pit located on property. Croquet
set, badminton set, assortment of movies, board games, boogie boards all available for your enjoyment.
Large, private beach located just a short walk away. Great for swimming, relaxing or romantic strolls
along the shore.
Park Corner is located approx. 10 minutes from Kensington (shopping, amenities, etc.), approx. 15 minutes from Cavendish.
amusement parks , bike/hiking trails, fun parks, water slides, souvenir shops, Cavendish beach, golfing, deep sea fishing,
Anne of Green Gables - all located minutes away.
PEI is well known for its world class golfing facilities such as Crowbush Cove, Dundarave, Brudenell, Mill River.
Golf packages offer an economical way to experience virtually all of the excellent courses on the island for one economical
price.
PEI is also known for fantastic seafood. Many great restaurants are located nearby as well as fresh seafood markets
(local lobster, scallops, mussels, clams all available at nearby pounds).
Amusement and activity parks are abundant in this area (go karts, rides, mini golf, museums, water slides, jetskis, kayaks,
too numerous to mention!) deep sea fishing offered by several local skippers.

Buell's Beach House has 2 bedrooms (Master and second) and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size
bed and a full ensuite bath with jacuzzi whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.
The living room has a pullout queen size couch. There is a second full bathroom located off of living room. There
is also an outside shower to wash the beach sand off of you.
The living room has a satellite TV with DVD/VCR and gas fireplace. The kitchen / dining room has fridge, stove,
microwave, dishwasher, all kitchenware. Laundry Room with full size washer/dryer.
Gas BBQ, Cedar Dining Set on large deck.
Rates:
High Season - June 30 to September 1($1200 CDN per wk)
Off Season - May 1 to June 30 and Sept. 1 to Oct 31 ($700 CDN per wk) Plus Applicable PST (currently 10%)
Ideally suited for either one/two couples or one couple with 2/3 children.
Extra $100 per week per person for more
than 6 occupants.
Preferred payment is cheque/money order.
No Smoking is allowed in the cottage.
